Based in in Suwanee, Ga., Omix-ADA offers more than 13,000 products across the accessories, replacement and restoration categories and are sold in more than 90 countries worldwide. The transaction terms were not disclosed and is expected to close by the end of October. Omix-ADA’s family of brands includes Rugged Ridge and Alloy USA. Truck Hero has announced that it is in the process of acquiring Omix-ADA, Inc., the world’s largest independent developer and supplier of Jeep and off-road parts, accessories and floor liners.
